Meuble du Quebec campaign now launched

The Québec Furniture Manufacturers Association (QFMA) is proud to launch its Meuble du Québec buying locally campaign. The campaign will run on Radio-Canada’s television and Web platforms as well as on URBANIA, until the end of September.

Here are the details:

 

 

MEDIA RELATIONS

In collaboration with National, media relations partner, a press release was distributed to all Quebec media. We already have several articles and interview requests. Read the press release

INFLUENCER MARKETING 

In order to reach an audience that gets a lot of its information on social networks, an influencer marketing strategy is in full swing. Fanny Yockell and Marianne Plaisance, two influencers passionate about decoration and local products, will be making publications on Quebec furniture!                                      

  

 


ADVERTISING

We can see three TV spots of 10 seconds each, in the same commercial break, during very popular shows!

          

 

PARTNER SPACE

Three pages on Radio-Canada’s website are devoted to promoting Meuble du Québec. We can read there, among other things, about the style, design and quality of furniture made in Quebec and that easily compares to European furniture. It also lists many advantages of buying locally made furniture.

FLASH PORTRAIT OF A DESIGNER

The URBANIA team went to meet Joël Dupras, designer at Huppé, to paint a portrait that highlights the know-how, creativity and reliability of the creators here. As an ambassador, Joël shares his point of view on the relevance and impact of the purchase of locally made furniture: environment, personalization, local economy, but above all, he embodies the human being behind the furniture. ‘’WIN A QUEBEC-MADE’’ PIECE OF FURNITURE CONTEST

The entire URBANIA Internet community can participate in the contest, the draw of which will take place on September 22. The small functional bar cabinet is very on trend, and the message is that Quebec ready-to-assemble made in Quebec is as good (ok better!) than imports. See the contest page

MEUBLE DU QUÉBEC SIGNAGE

Of course, during the campaign (and beyond!) Quebec furniture retailers must be prepared to promote local products. It’s easy with the signage tools that we can send them for free. Encourage them to do so, we will all win!
